1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pumpkin

Cream this mixture all together, then add dry ingredients: 1 c. oatmeal 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and drop by 1/4 cup dough onto cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 20 big cookies.
