GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. can ripe olives
1 can whole grain corn
1 can English peas
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Salt and pepper

Heat oil. Brown onion, green pepper, ground beef. Add garlic salt, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add corn, peas, mushrooms, olives, tomato soup and sauce. Mix with cooked macaroni. Pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before done. This can be frozen.
