LEMON CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 boneless chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs

Marinate chicken breasts in oil, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley for 24 hours. Drain. Coat with bread crumbs and bake in a large greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 8.
