Pie crust or frozen tart shells
1 egg
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix ingredients. Fill shells and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
