CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Sm. vanilla wafers

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of midget lined paper muffin tin. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 40 midget cakes.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar

Mix 3 ingredients well. Put topping on cakes after they have cooled. Put back in oven (400 degrees) for 5 minutes.
