RICE AND ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
2 lb. zucchini
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/3 c. fresh parsley
3 eggs, lightly beaten
Dash rosemary
Dash garlic powder

Combine all of above in greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
