BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
4 eggs
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Beat eggs, fold in grated cheese and mayonnaise. Add broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees in greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Optional: chopped onions and mushrooms.
