1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 cans hominy, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 jar Jalapeno Cheese Whiz
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter. Heat soup and Cheese Whiz. Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
