1 (16 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
2 c. whipping cream OR
8 oz. Cool Whip
10 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Maraschino cherries

Mix cottage cheese with dry jello. Blend in Cool Whip, oranges, and pineapple. Decorate with cherries.

Note: Be creative. Change jello flavors and fruit (fresh or frozen may also be used).
