BACON CRACKER BUTTERFLIES | |
1 lb. smoked bacon (thin sliced) 1 box Waverly crackers Let bacon stand to room temperature. Cut each slice in half. Break crackers apart. Wrap a slice of bacon (stretching as you wrap) around middle of each small cracker. Start with end of bacon on back of cracker in order to tuck ends under. Cook on a rack at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until crisp. |
