ALMOND - CHICKEN SALAD 
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple, well drained
1 can (11) mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. chopped (1" cubes) cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and serve on lettuce greens.
