STUFFED BAKED FISH 
Fish fillets: trout, flounder, whiting, or your choice
Bell pepper
Onions
butter
Seasoning of your choice
Basil leaf
Lemon
Stove Top stuffing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If fish is frozen, allow it to thaw out and drain. Follow Stove Top directions and wait for fish to be seasoned and ready. Cut fish in top areas (to put stuffing in). Slice or chop onions and bell peppers. Season fish as you like. Butter pan fully. Put Stove Top in fish in the cut slits. Squeeze lemon on fish and place small chunks of butter on each fillet. Sprinkle basil leaf on fish. Put onions and bell peppers on fillets at your choice. Allow fish to bake approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until fish is done.
