CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and put into casserole dish. Mix 1 tablespoon butter and crushed crackers and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
