ONE STEP LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. lasagna noodles
2 c. cottage cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Microwave ground beef on High in 2-quart glass casserole for 5 to 6 minutes; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup water and salt. Microwave, covered, on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Layer 1/3 of the sauce, half the noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave tightly covered on High for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yields 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
