12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter

12 oz. box Rice Chex

1/2 c. powdered sugar

Put lid on container and shake to coat cereal. Store in a plastic zip lock bag or bowl with lid.
