BEEF AND GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. piece of beef
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. wine
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. ginger
Garlic to taste
4 tsp. cornstarch
8 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/3 c. water
1 green pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent

Mix first 8 ingredients (except beef) to create marinade for pound of beef. Let beef marinate at least 1 hour - much longer is fine. Cut up a green pepper and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon Accent; set aside.
