CHICKEN DELIGHT 
5-6 lb. hen
Onions & celery
Salt

DRESSING:

4 eggs
6-8 c. bread crumbs
3 1/2 - 4 c. broth
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
Sage, salt & pepper

Cook hen with onions, celery and salt with enough water for broth.

DRESSING: Brown in butter the onion, celery, sage, salt and pepper and add to dressing. Mix with remaining dressing ingredients.

Place cubed chicken in 9"x13" greased pan. Place dressing mixture on top of chicken. Pour broth over mixture. Frost with can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set before serving.
