POLISH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced 1/4" thick
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
3 potatoes, peeled & sliced 1/4" thick
1 c. slice onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1 tsp. caraway seed
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Heat oil in large, heavy skillet and lightly brown sliced sausage; remove to another pan. Set aside. To remaining fat in skillet, add cabbage. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and mix well. Return sausage to skillet, add chicken broth, vinegar, caraway, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling point, then reduce heat and simmer covered 20-30 minutes or until potato is done.
