WOMAN DELIGHT 
1 stick sweet butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. baking soda
Sour cream

Mix butter and flour (like for pie dough). Add sugar, egg yolks and baking soda. Add a little sour cream to make the dough soft. Spread mixture into a baking dish (ungreased). Spread one 10 ounce jar of jelly over the dough. (Seedless raspberry or apricot preserves are good.)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
Juice from half of a lemon
Rind from half of a lemon
1/2 lb. ground walnuts
6 egg whites

Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. (Save some sugar for the remaining egg whites.) Add lemon juice and rind, then add the walnuts.

Beat egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff. Fold into the egg yolk mixture carefully. Spread this mixture over the jelly. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. When cool, cut into small squares to serve. Very delicious. Great for the holidays.
