BROCCOLI-TOMATO SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli (about 4 c. chopped)
1 lg. red onion
2 med. size tomatoes
8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Wash and chop broccoli into bite size pieces. Chop tomatoes into bite size chunks. Slice red onion into rings and separate. Mix the three vegetables together in large mixing bowl. Pour the Italian dressing over them, cover, and marinate, stirring now and then, for several hours or overnight. Drain and serve.
