1 bunch broccoli
2 tomatoes
Robust Italian dressing

Separate broccoli into florets. Steam just until it turns bright green. Chill quickly in cold water and drain well. Cut tomato into wedges. Toss with Italian dressing (robust Italian dressing is best).
