NANA'S COLE SLAW 
1/2 lb. shredded cabbage
1 tsp. sugar level
3 tsp. Heinz white vinegar
4 shakes of pepper
1 c. mayonnaise

Blend sugar into cabbage with hands until it dissolves. Add vinegar and mix; add pepper. Add 2 heaping big spoons of mayonnaise and blend. (Add a bit of milk to mayonnaise if too thick). Can add as much mayonnaise as desired. Also can add carrot, red sweet pepper, or apple, diced fine.
