PERFECT PIE CRUST 
1 c. plus 3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cold water

Mix flour and salt; add oil; mix with fork. Sprinkle with water; mix well. Press into ball. Roll out between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
