PERFECT PIE CRUST 
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. lard or shortening
2 c. flour
3 to 6 tbsp. water

Cut lard or shortening into flour and salt mix with a fork or pastry blender, until resembles granular substance. Add water little at a time. Mix quickly and evenly through the flour until dough holds into ball.
