PERFECT PIE CRUST 
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. cold water

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco and stir in remaining ingredients. Divide into 5 balls. Will keep in refrigerator for two weeks.
