ONION FLATBREAD 
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. & 1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/3 c. finely chopped onion

In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add water and stir until well moistened. Place dough in an oiled 10 inch pizza pan. Use wet hands to press dough in pan. Spread butter on dough, sprinkle with poppy seeds and onion. Press lightly into dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm.
