JUMBO SHELLS CHEESE FILLING 
16 oz. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried or fresh parsley
21 jumbo shells
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well.

Meanwhile, cook jumbo shells according to package instructions.

JUMBO SHELLS: Fill each jumbo shell with the cheese filling. In a 9x13x2 inch baking dish, spread 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce. Arrange the filled jumbo shells in the dish in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 persons.
