CHEESE FILLED JUMBO SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
4 c. (2 lbs.) ricotta cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
3 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Cook shells and drain. Combine cheeses, eggs and spices. Fill each shell with mixture. Place open side down in large baking pan, which has had a thin layer of sauce spread in the bottom. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
