JUMBO SHELLS (Cheese Filling) 
8 oz. box San Giorgio jumbo shells
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Cook shells as directed on box. Fill shells with 2 tablespoons of cheese filling.

Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 3 quart baking dish. Place stuffed shells in dish and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and cover. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
