CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. Devils food cake mix (Duncan Hines Deluxe)
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil. Put remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with a fork or spoon until well blended (about 2 minutes). Scrap sides and spread batter evenly in pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Use a knife to loosen cake from sides. Cut and serve directly from pan.
