BREAK AWAY BEEF | |
1 stalk celery, chopped 3 lg. onions, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 6 lb. chuck roast 6 oz. ketchup 3 tbsp. Heinz 57 barbeque sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder Salt & pepper Place roast in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients with 1 1/2 cups water and pour into crockpot. Cook 6-8 hours on high until beef breaks up with fork. Serve on buns. |
