CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, defrosted
1 pkg. Colby or Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing

Remove skin from chicken breasts. Boil chicken in hot water for 1/2 hour (until white film appears on top). Remove from water, rinse off, and cut into bite- size chunks. Put on bottom of casserole dish; add salt and pepper.

Layer broccoli (defrosted) on top of chicken. Next layer soup over broccoli. Then spread out the shredded cheese. Final layer is Stove Top stuffing already prepared.

Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in casserole. Serves 6-8.
