CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 to 5 lbs. precooked, deboned chicken 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables (frozen or mixed soup vegetables) 1/4 to 1/3 lb. Swiss cheese slices 1/4 to 1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese slices 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, made with 2 c. water 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 can milk Place chicken slices on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread vegetables over chicken. Place cheese slices over vegetables (1 layer each). Place stuffing over cheese. Mix chicken and celery soups with 1/2 can milk. Pour over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees. Let bubble and absorb most liquid. 45 to 60 minutes. |
