BRIDE'S SALAD 
1 c. hot water
3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. grated cucumber
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. diced celery

Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Add cucumber, vinegar, onion, cayenne, and salt. Chill until slightly thick; then add 1/2 mixture to cream cheese that has been beaten. Fold in green pepper and celery and fill individual molds 1/2 full. Chill until firm. Then fill molds with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill. Serves 6.
