BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef tenderloin, sirloin, or top round steak

Brown in:

Add: 1/4 tsp. salt

Brown, and put in a small casserole (with lid available).

Mix: 1 tbsp. beef bouillon in 5 oz. water

Cook until thickened.

Turn heat off before stirring in: 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Pour over beef. COVER. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 3.
