HOT TOMATO RELISH 
40 ripe tomatoes
12 lg. onions, chopped
2 lg. bell peppers, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
3 hot peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. pickling spices

Mix all ingredients together. Cook until thickened, 30 minutes. Tie pickling spices in a clean cloth and take out before putting in jars. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
