CHILI DIP (HOT) 
1 lb. pkg. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can Hormel hot chili (with no beans)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. jalapeno pepper Velveeta cheese or 1 sm. can jalapeno pepper relish and 8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Brown onion and meat; drain. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
