YELLOW SQUASH PICKLES 
8 c. sliced squash
2 c. sweet pepper, sliced or chopped
2 c. onions

Mix in 2 tablespoons salt and let set for 2 hours. Drain well. Boil: 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. mustard seed 2 tbsp. celery seed

Pour over squash mix, which has been packed in jars. Seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
