HOT DOG SAUCE 
2 lbs. hamburg
4 onions (diced fine)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
2 or 3 c. water (thickness desired)
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. vinegar

Brown hamburg and saute onions. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 1 or 2 hours.
