NO COOK FREEZER JELLY
(STRAWBERRY)
 
1 qt. strawberries (2 c., crushed)
4 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jel fruit pectin
3/4 c. water

Rinse clean plastic containers (enough for 4 cups) and lids with boiling water.

Prepare fruit (clean, crush). Measure prepared fruit into large bowl. Measure sugar into separate bowl. (Use exact measurements.) Stir sugar into fruit. Set aside for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally for sugar to dissolve.

Mix water and Sure Jel in small saucepan. Bring mixture to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling and stirring for 1 minute. Stir hot Sure Jel mixture into fruit. Stir constantly for 3 minutes.

Fill containers to within 2/3 inch of top. Wipe off spills. Quickly cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer.
