BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads broccoli (florettes only)
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 c. white raisins (soak in hot water for 10 minutes and towel dry)
1/2 red onion, sliced thin

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
