2 c. sifted plain flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. salad oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. grated carrots 1 (8 oz.) drained pineapple 1/2 c. nuts Sift dry ingredients together. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Add carrots and pineapple. Pour in three 9 inch floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. FROSTING: 1/2 c. butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box confectioners' sugar |
