TANGY ORANGE CREAM 
1/2 c. evaporated milk, freeze to almost frozen
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
10 sugar substitutes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white
5 sugar substitutes

In a small bowl sprinkle the gelatin in the cold water. Heat the fruit juices, orange rind, and 10 sugars and dissolve the gelatin mixture in the hot juice. Chill the mixture for 20 minutes. In a large bowl whip the milk until thick. Add salt and egg white; beat until thick. Add 5 sugar substitutes. Combine all together; whip and chill until serving time.
