CREAM PUFFS 
4 eggs
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter substitute
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine butter, salt and water. Heat to boiling. Sift flour and measure. Add to boiling mixture. Beat until mixture leaves the side of pan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg is added, until mixture is smooth.

Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 30 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and continue baking 10 minutes or until firm and dry.

Remove from oven and cool. Slice off top and remove unbaked insides, leaving a shell. Fill with cream filling.

FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello instant pudding mix
3 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix according to package directions. Chill until mixture is thick. Add 1/2 cup whipped topping. Fill shells, replace top. Sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar.
