ROMAN HOLIDAY 
1 green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Italian stew tomatoes
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 good sized onion, diced
3 ribs celery, diced
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. box vermicelli, cooked al dente
2 tbsp. oil

Brown ground chuck. Drain. In 2 tablespoons oil saute garlic, green pepper, celery and onion until tender, crunchy. Toss all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
