DIRTY PIE 
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can Angel flake coconut
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour and a little milk to make a thickening

Beat egg yolks and milk together, then add sugar. Add the thickening; cook on low heat until it thickens. After it thickens, add the coconut and vanilla.

Pour into a graham cracker crust and top with meringue. If desired, crumble graham crackers on top of meringue.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

13 graham crackers
3/4 stick very soft butter

Stir ingredients together and press into pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.

MERINGUE TOPPING:

2 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly adding sugar and vanilla.
