SKILLET CABBAGE 
1/4 c. bacon grease
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped or 1 pt. canned tomatoes
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt bacon fat in skillet. Add rest of ingredients to skillet. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are done.
