POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes

Thaw potatoes 1/2 hour before mixing all ingredients together but reserve chips. Put into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour. Put chips on top and bake for 1/4 hour longer.
