CHOICE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. fine zwieback toast crumbs, about 8 pieces
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (88 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Pillsbury Ready To Spread Vanilla, Sour Cream Vanilla, or Cream Cheese Frosting Supreme
1 tsp. rum extract
21 oz. can cherry fruit pie filling, chilled

In small bowl, combine crumbs, nuts, sugar and butter; mix well. Press in bottom of 9 inch square pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add frosting and rum extract; mix well. Spread over crumbs in pan; refrigerate 2 hours. Spoon pie filling over top. Store in refrigerator. 12 servings.
