CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. soft yeast
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
6 c. flour

Dissolve shortening, sugar, and salt in boiling water. Dissolve yeast with a teaspoon sugar. Let first mixture cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and the eggs, well beaten. Add 4 cups flour. Beat. Add rest of flour. Mix. Set in warm place to raise. Punch down and let raise again. Make into rolls. Put butter, sugar and cinnamon and cut up nuts on rolled out dough. Roll up and cut in pieces. Let raise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Frost when cooled, with powdered sugar, cream and vanilla frosting.
